Project Highlight

Kumi Construction Management Corporation (KCM), in partnership with Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson (JMT) Sparks, MD, is providing Construction Management Services for the City of Baltimore’s Transportation & Engineering Division. The City of Baltimore is in the process of resurfacing the deteriorated roadways that include main arteries, residential streets, and bridges within the City limits.

KCM is responsible for providing project management services that include the following: Supervision of field inspectors assigned to various locations within the City of Baltimore Department of Transportation  on resurfacing projects; coordination of street activities  with applicable departments & agencies to minimize construction conflicts, first point-of-contact for public concerns on roadways under construction and for utility related issues.
