Project Highlight

Kumi Construction Management Corporation, in partnership with Alpha Corporation provided Construction Management/Inspection Services for the successful completion of the resurfacing and rehabilitation project of Brentwood Road NE, 9TH street NE, and Edgewood Road NE. The staff participated in daily project inspections, specification research and interpretation, cost estimating and negotiations with the contractor, produced daily activities reports to reflect work performed and materials incorporated and took daily performance photos that showed actual progress of the job.
