Prince Georges County Correctional Center Two Housing Unit

Project Highlight

Kumi Construction Management Corporation (KCM) in partnership with Rummel Klepper & Kahl, LLP (RK&K) is providing construction management services for the Prince Georges County Government Correctional Center.

The project is a two story structure with two separate housing units. The total GSF is 43,000, with a 192 bed capacity. The building exterior is CMU block with fluted face brick.

A mid 2011 completion date is expected.
