Kumi Construction Management Corporation is currently providing construction cost estimates at the following four design submittal levels;

- 60% Completion Design Level Documents
- 100% Completion Design Level Documents
The project’s estimated construction cost is valued at some $58,299,200.00 and is expected to begin construction late in calendar year 2012. This project consists of the design of a new Washington DC government Fire Department Emergency Medical Services (FEMS) training and parking facility. The FEMS training facility is a 278,000 SF multi-story structure containing classrooms, staff offices, auditorium, kitchen and eating area, recreational facilities of a gymnasium & swimming pool, and equipment storage areas.
The FEMS parking facility is attached to the above noted FEMS training facility and is a 100,500 SF multi-level vehicle parking and storage facility for use by the municipal Fire Department personnel while in training.
