Project Highlight
Kumi Construction Management Corporation in association with Jacobs Project Management Company have been contracted by the District of Columbia Department of Real Estate Services/Construction Division (DRES/CD) to work closely with the DRES/CD Project Manager (PM) and contractor of record, to coordinate, manage and oversee all on-site construction operations as an agent of the government.
The work involves the renovation of six pool facilities namely; Anacostia Pool, Barry Farms Children’s Pool, Barry Farms Pool, Fort Stanton Pool, Oxon Run Pool, and Douglas Pool all located in South East Washington, DC. The renovation project is being carried out simultaneously at various locations to meet a very tight completion schedule.
