Project Highlight

Kumi Construction Management Corporation (KCM), as a sub consultant  to  Wallace Montgomery EarthTech Joint Venture was selected as their Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) firm  to evaluate the project construction schedule prepared by the design architect and provide an objective third party perspective of the expected construction time for the Maryland Transportation Administration (MTA) Edgewood MARC Station.

KCM evaluated the project construction schedule as prepared by the design architect and provided an objective third party perspective of the expected contract construction time.

KCM conducted complete review of project 85% Design Construction Documents and the associated Primavera Project construction schedule. Based on this thorough review KCM prepared an objective overview / upper level project construction schedule for use by the project's Construction Manager.
