Prince Georges County Correctional Center New Kitchen and Storage Facility

Project Highlight

Prince Georges County in her pursuit of infrastructure improvement, has engaged in the renovation and building of a new Kitchen and storage facility at the Prince Georges County Correctional Center.

Kumi Construction Management Corporation (KCM) is working with GWWO, Inc in accomplishing the Architect-Engineer services for the New Kitchen Building; Renovation of Existing Kitchen into Storage; Expansion of Existing Laundry at the Prince Georges County Correctional Center in Upper Marlboro MD.

KCM has been tasked to perform cost estimating services at the schematic and design development levels with regards to the documents that have been furnished by the client (GWWO) with narratives and clarifications.
