Maryland Department of General Services, Construction Phase Project Scheduling Analyst. Contract No. BC-724-992-002 IDQ Agreement. MD IDQ Contract No. DGS-07—018-IQC. Rockville District Court, Rockville, MD.

Kumi Construction Management Corporation (KCM) provided construction site support services and schedule analysis on behalf of S.C Myers and Associates, Inc. for the Maryland Department of General Services.

The staff responsibilities included but not limited to providing Schedule analysis and review comments to establish an acceptable base construction schedule for use in monitoring and managing the project’s construction.

KCM also performed and conducted regular construction site visits to monitor and record construction status and support the requests/needs of the Maryland Department of General Services project manager.
